By registering for Mailigenics.com you agree that you have read these terms and Privacy Policy, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Mailigenics.com, you may only register for one Mailigenics.com account.

You may not promote Mailigenics.com in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Mailigenics.com in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Mailigenics.com account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Mailigenics.com. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains.Mailigenics.com is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

REFUND Rules

Refunds 

Once you pay for your membership or advertising, if you would like a refund it must be requested within 7 days. Simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund with your payment information. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of Mailigenics.com, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page. After 7 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund since advertising is credited to your account instantly and your account is upgraded instantly if you purchase an upgrade.

SPAM Rules

Mailigenics.com has a zero tolerance policy for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be removed from the program and may face legal action and fines. If you use Mailigenic's name or URL in promotions, only do so with your "double-opt-in" subscribers or via legitimate advertising methods like safelists, traffic exchanges, and classified ads. Reasons for account termination include: - Sending unsolicited emails to non-subscribers. - Promoting your affiliate page using email blasters or purchased leads. - Using services that promise to blast your ad to millions. Mailigenics.com may take appropriate action against violators, including banning them indefinitely and pursuing legal recourse. We reserve the right to refuse service and change our policies at any time.

Prohibitive Activities

• Systematically retrieving data or content from Mailigenics.com to create a collection or database without written permission from you.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead you or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with your site's security-related features. This includes features that prevent/restrict the use of any content or limit site usage.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, your company and/or Mailigenics.com
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person using any information obtained from Mailigenics.com.
• Use the support services improperly, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use Mailigenics.com inconsistently with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Framing or linking to Mailigenics.com without authorization.
• Attempt to upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other materials (including excessive use of capital letters and spamming) that interfere with any party's uninterrupted use of Mailigenics.com and its features.
• Use scripts, data-mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to send comments or messages.
• Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any content.
• Impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
• Upload any materials that actively or passively collect information or act as a transmission mechanism (includes gifs, 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, spyware, pcms, etc.)
• Interfere, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Mailigenics.com, networks, or services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of Mailigenics.com to you.
• Bypass measures of F:{ designed to prevent/restrict access.
• Copy/adapt your Site's software (includes Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code).
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software that makes up Mailigenics.com.
• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
• Use any automated system (spiders, robots, cheat utility, scraper, offline reader) to access the Mailigenics.com site, or launch any unauthorized script or software (Unless as a result of a standard search engine or internet browser usage).
• Use Mailigenics.com in an unauthorized way (collecting usernames, email addresses, or users for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses).
• Use Mailigenics.com to compete with you, or otherwise use Mailigenics.com and/or the content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

URL Rules



Before submitting a URL to Mailigenics.com, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Mailigenics.com account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Mailigenics.com has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
